The existing factory is situated on 15-acres of land and has an existing 60,000 square feet facility. The factory is equipped with an overhead crane, which will be useful for lifting heavy materials and equipment. The factory will operate from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Thursday, Pacific Standard Time. The factory has a potential worker capacity of 75 workers and management.

In 2023, when fires ravaged Lahaina, Maui, we knew it was time to step up. Stick-built homes are no longer viable in Hawaii’s unique economic and environmental landscape. So, we crafted a solution: ARC Havens will construct and deliver prefab Tiny Homes and ADUs from Bellingham to Lahaina, providing residents with fire-resistant, storm-proof, and cost-efficient homes.
Utilizing Canadian lumber and flat-packing technology, we’ll work alongside Lynden Shipping to ensure each home arrives safely, affordably, and on schedule. Our multi-phase execution plan prioritizes resourcefulness and ingenuity at every turn. This isn’t just disaster recovery; it’s resilient community restoration with ARC Havens at the helm.
